Isochronic Tones – Using Isochronic Beats for Isochronic Entrainment

The use of isochronic tines, binaural beats, and other forms of isochrocnic beats has become much more widespread, though a large part of the world still don’t know what these amazing beats and music tracks really are.

Isochronic entrainment, binaural entrainment, and brainwave entrainment using these amazing sounds can be quite effective, and you may find that your mind will be boosted significantly thanks to these beats.

It is important that you understand more about sound entrainment, rhythmic entrainment, binaural entrainment, subliminal recordings, and audio visual entrainment – as that will help you to understand more about this amazing way that you can boost your brain.

What are Isochronic Beats?

Isochronic beats are a unique form of music that differ slightly from the other brainwave entrainment music:

Binaural Beat – Binaural beats have become one of the most popular forms of brain wave entrainment, due to the fact that it has proven to be quite effective. What happens is that there are two sound waves used in the subliminal recordings, with one wave going into each ear.
The discrepancy between the frequencies of the two waves ensures that the beats help to entrain the brain, as the right ear is hearing one sound while the left ear hears another tone – forcing the brain to adjust to the frequencies.

Monaural Beat – Monaural beats are similar to binaural beats, but rather than having a single beat going into each ear, they have both beats combined and going into both ears. It is more like an “instant” tone that helps to entrain the brain, as the brain doesn’t need to work to adjust to the different frequencies.

Many have found that these monaural beats are more effective, as they are easier on the brain. Also, they don’t need to be heard over headphones, as the two waves are blended and thus can be pumped into your ear without needing to go through headphones that divide the sound.

Isochronic Beat – Isochronic beats have the same end result, but rather than using two tones of sound blended together, they only use a single tone.

However, the beats go off one after the other, and they actually turn off and go silent completely between each beat. This is considered to be effective at entraining the brain, as the silence gives the brain a chance to adjust and calibrate without being flooded with the sound stimulus at all times.

As you can see, isochronic tones are slightly different than the other kinds of subliminal recordings, but the truth is that they work just as well – some say that they work even better.
They can help you to do all kinds of amazing things, and the truth is that they are excellent at stimulating your brain and entraining it with a unique combination of sound and brain waves.

All in all, these isochronic tones will affect your brain in a very positive way.

Are They For You?

With the three types of brainwave entrainment beats to choose from, many people wonder if these isochronic entrainment sounds are the best choice.

After all, there is no way for them to know which will work most effectively, especially if they haven’t tried out these isochronic recordings. So, how can you know which is best for you?

One reason that the isochronic beats have become such a popular choice is due to the fact that they pulse – just like the brain does.
They also use separated beats, which means that the brain is usually more easily able to entrain itself to respond to the beats.

If you are looking for something that will make brain wave entrainment easier on your brain, isochronic tones may be the choice for you.

Something that you need to keep in mind is that these isochronic entrainment tones have proven to be less effective in the delta state (very low frequency brain waves such as those your brain produces when you are deep in sleep).
While these tones help to stimulate your mind into the Alpha and Beta states, they are not quite as efficient in the Delta State. The lower frequency sounds often end up feeling a bit rough in your ears, and you may end up getting a bit distracted – or even irritated – as a result of the low frequency waves.

The reason for this is that the beats actually need to be heard in order to work, unlike the binaural beats that can just be included in the music.
This means that they can’t quite be hidden by the music, which can make them a bit irritated. If you are going to use the Delta frequencies, most experts will recommend that you stick with binaural beats in order to make the brain wave entrainment as effective as possible.

If you are going to pump your body into high gear, get your mind working faster, improve your concentration, and give yourself a shot of energy, the isochronic tones can be some of the most effective.

If you are going to try and relax, calm down, unwind at the end of a long day, reduce your insomnia issues, and promote healthy sleep, it may be time to look into the binaural beats instead of the isochronic entrainment sound tracks.

Benefits of Using Isochronic Tones, Isochronic Beats, and Isochronic Entrainment Music

Remember that, while not as popular or well known as the binaural sounds, the isochronic beats are just as effective when it comes to getting your mind into the higher frequency states.

In fact, isochronic tones are becoming a lot more popular due to the fact that they are more effective at pumping up your brain – while binaural beats are usually best for relaxing.

Here are some of the benefits that you can obtain by using these isochronic entrainment sounds and tracks:

Creative Stimulation – Your creative mind is active when your brain is in the Alpha wave state, so using these beats can help you to take your mind from the very hyped up and energized Beta state into the more relaxed and creative Alpha state.

Insomnia Help – Just because the binaural beats are more effective at helping you to relax than the isochronic tones, that doesn’t mean that they won’t work. You can have help to sleep at night thanks to the amazing tones, though it may take time for your ears to get used to the sounds.

Memory Boost – That’s right, your mind is very active in the Beta state of mind, and that is when you are able to store and capture a whole lot of memories. To be able to access those memories, you have to get your brain waves back into Beta mode and at the same frequency they were at when you stored the memories. The isochronic tones can help you to boost your brain waves and unlock stored memories for you.

Lucid Dreaming – An interesting form of relaxation is lucid dreaming, which means that you are dreaming while you are still awake. The isochronic tones are able to help you reach a Theta or Delta state of brain waves, both of which are sleep-like state. Theta state is when you dream, so using the isochronic recordings can help you to dream while still awake.

Anxiety Protection – Anxiety is something that many people suffer from, and it often sets in when our brains are in full Beta mode and running full steam ahead. If your mind tends to wander towards your problems and suffer from anxiety, you can use the amazing beats to help you calm down your mind and bring it into the less worrisome Alpha state.

Energy Thrusters – If you need more energy, a cup of coffee is good but isochronic tones are great! These tones can help you kick your brain into high Beta state, which is the state your mind is in when you are really working hard and getting things done. These beats can help you to wake up and feel energized much more quickly than any cup of coffee.

Addiction Beater – Many people have a hard time getting over addiction, and self-hypnosis is one of the most effective ways of doing so. Basically you will be training your brain to reject the substance that addicts you, and using the isochronic tones to entrain your brain into the Theta and Delta states will make your self hypnosis much more effective.

Motivation Booster – When you feel down and depressed, it is because your brain isn’t getting the proper stimulation. You can use the isochronic beats to help you kick your brain into high gear Beta state, and you can give yourself a shot of energy that will feel like the motivation you need to overcome the depression or anxiety.

Endorphin Releaser – Remember that your brain is responsible for flooding your body with endorphins, which are the chemicals that make you feel good. If you stimulate your brain using the binaural beats or isochronic tones, you will be able to help it to get into that feel-good state that will cause your body to be flooded with these “happy chemicals”.

These are really just a few of the things that the isochronic tones and binaural recordings can do, and the truth is that there are many more of them.

You will have to try the beats out for yourself, as that is the only way that you will be able to see just how effective they are. As long as you listen to them with an open mind and you are willing to feel the benefits, the isochronic tones will be very effective!

Are these Isochronic Entrainment Tones Always Effective?

Many people try the isochronic beats once or twice, and then they complain because they don’t feel any different. Does that mean the beats don’t work?

The truth is that the binaural beats and isochronic beats aren’t always going to work, as your brain may not always be in a state where it will be able to be entrained.
Brainwave entrainment music will only work if your mind is willing to let it work, and you have to clear your mind in order for the brain wave entrainment to work. If your mind is too busy and full up with thoughts and issues, it is very likely that the entrainment just isn’t going to work as well as you would want it to.

Another reason that people don’t always see the benefits or the effectiveness of the brainwave entrainment is that they give up before it has time to work.

The brain doesn’t just sync up with the music immediately every time, but brainwave synchronization always takes a bit of time.

If you are finding that the music isn’t working for you, don’t give up a few minutes into your listening. Give it time to let it work, and you may find that it will be a lot more effective.

Some people actually are resistant to the brainwave entrainment, which means that their brains won’t easily be synchronized because their minds are rejecting it.

If you aren’t willing to allow your brain to be entrained or you are skeptical that it will work, you may find that it just doesn’t work for you – sort of the same way that hypnosis only works on those that have minds that are very suggestible.

If your brain isn’t being affected by the brain entrainment sounds, it may be that you are using the wrong kinds of subliminal recordings. Isochronic tones are effective in many cases, but some people will respond better to binaural or monaural tones. Try a variety of sound entrainment tracks to see which ones resonate with your brain the best.

The truth is that these tracks can be very effective, but you have to put in time to allow your brain to be entrained. It does take time, so let it happen! Don’t try so hard, but just sit back, relax, and enjoy the sounds that will help to entrain your brain!
